Potatoes Wastewater treatment

Dear All

We have WWTP of potatoes wastewater with capacity of 150 m3/d and composed by 2 parts :

1. 1 the first part is couponed by pumping lift, rotary Sieve, grease removal tank, buffer tank, aero flottateur, lamellar decanter, 
2. The second part is composed by aerator tank and clarifier 

The physicochemical part works correctly and the efficiency is so good. But in the second part and after few months we can't find biomass to complete the treatment.

Can you help to explain this problem

1. Baleen can be installed in-series with your Rotary Sieve to allow for continuous wash water recycling instead of dead-end treatment and disposal, simply by keeping the water fresh and recirculating.

   Dear Maymoun, you have a good, sophisticated installation for a simple thing. Basically, what do you need in the end? Do you want an accumulation of biomass in an intermediate pool? (from google translate)

   Draga Maymoun, ai o instalatie buna, sofisticata pentru un lucru simplu. Practic, de ce ai nevoie in final?  Doresti o acumulare de biomasa intrun bazin intermediar? Pentru selectia de biomasa, din sistemul tau, este o alta procedura mult mai simpla..
