Bunmi Ajilore, I think one thing you have missed about treating waste water is that an effective government is in place. For some of what is described in the article, even poor Americans would be out raged. To live in a society with many people, in the U.S., basic needs are accepted as being necessary. The treating and handling of waste is accepted as a basic requirement. It is understood that clean and safe drinking water is essential to promoting a healthy life.
