Where to find data on deaths due to contaminated water?

Hi,
I'm trying to find the most recent data on the number of deaths due to contaminated water in Nicaragua. I've looked at the Global Health Data Exchange and it gives deaths due to diarrhea, but doesnt give the cause of the diarrhea. I also found something from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that said in 2010, 12,000 children under the age of 5 died due to diarrheal disease in Latin American and the Caribbean. This is a little broad (all of Latin America and Caribbean), and pretty old.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm specifically looking for figures for kids under 5 years old, and people 70+.
Thank you,
Brian

best I could find: https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SH.STA.WASH.P5?end=2016&locations=NI&most_recent_value_desc=true&start=2016&view=chart, on TheWaterNetwork : https://thewaternetwork.com/search?query=mortality§ion=content, https://thewaternetwork.com/search?query=nicaragua§ion=content. And see attached from WHO Nicaragua

Brian. Please let me know if you find anything as we are working on similar issues in South Africa developing a Water Quality - Health "module' for DSS for IWRM in the eastern region. Thanks
