Geoffrey is a seasoned evaluation specialist with excellent knowledge and experience in Monitoring and evaluation education projects having worked for Save the Children as a monitoring and evaluation leads in Dadaab refugee camp. Until recently he was the research monitoring and evaluation lead at Coffey International, a development contractor and evaluator. He will be charge of the assessment design, survey sampling, data analysis and reporting of the findings.

He has valuable experience in monitoring and evaluation of Alternative Education Programmes having been the lead M&E person for EU funded Alternative Education programme implemented through a consortium comprising Norwegian Refugee Council, Lutheran World Federation, AVSI, Windle Trust, and Save the Children. Other experiences includes ECD education, Primary Education, Alternative Basic Education, Accelerated Education programme, Youth Education Programme and Adult Education
