Phil Bailey, the principal founder of X-Haidridean Transport   PetroStars has over 20 years of Oil & Gas experience in Subsurface & Well Engineering, Asset Management and Risk Assurance.  He started out as an Environmental Earth Scientist, picking up business & innovation with a diverse career in Halliburton Company, Total E&P UK, BP and Shell . He focuses on the Safety & Integrity of projects. Alongside his Corporate Role he is Chair of the Board of Trustees for PetroStars Philanthropy.   The Energy transition will only work if Clean Water, Affordable Hydrogen and Engineering is kept rather than expect everyone to down tools.
