Commercial water treatment sales jobs
Bond Water Technologies, Inc. has an opening for an experienced Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment Sales Specialist in the Baltimore/Washington/Northern Virginia Metro areas. The successful candidate would be responsible for sales and revenue growth of chemical products, service agreements, control equipment and related services offered by Bond to both an assigned customer base and an active prospect list.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and adapt a working sales plan
- Effectively penetrate the hospitality, healthcare, educational, commercial and light industrial markets
- Form and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze and meet customer needs
- Demonstrate ROI for customer initiatives
- Sell, develop and sustain current customers while building revenue through new customer acquisition.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Routinely visit customer facilities for sales and services applications
- Manage Bond products and equipment, participate in installations, test and observe product performance, repair and adjust equipment as needed, set chemical dosages, inventory product and place orders
- Train customers in Bond applications
- Be willing to work off hours for equipment inspections and/or trouble calls if needed
- Routinely communicate facility conditions via routine service reports and periodic business reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related or supportive field
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong follow-through, organization skills and mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and track record of success
- Computer skills – Power Point, Word, Excel
- Minimum 2-years outside water treatment sales experience with working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers and HVAC equipment
Wastewater treatment experience a plus
