Under limited direction, supervises, coordinates the operations for facilities and structures under charge to ensure compliance with regulatory permitting standards; reviews plans for plant operations meeting with consultants and contractors; ensures safe effective operation of plant facilities; conducts frequent and periodic inspection of plant to detect malfunctions initiating corrective action; monitors and controls accounting and expenditures for the Waste Water Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with established and projected budget. gives monthly presentation to ECR board; and performs all other related duties as assigned.

$67,884 annually- Pay grade 67
