For further expansion of our Service & Maintenance department, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer, for 32 - 40 hours a week. Water is essential for various processes in industry, food & pharma. Do you ensure that the customer has access to water at all times?
What does a Field Service Engineer do at Jotem water solutions?
As a Field Service Engineer, you are part of our technical body. As a result, ou spend most of your working week on site at the customer. You get a lot of freedom in this, but this also requires a great deal of responsibility. In this challenging and independent position you are responsible for performing various service activities at customer location & fixing malfunctions.
In other words, you prepare service, maintenance & revision work, and you ensure the implementation thereof (in the mechanical and electrical field).
Profile:
- Job level: at least MBO level 3 in a technical direction, or equivalent level obtained through knowledge & experience;
- A service-oriented & flexible attitude: irregular working hours are not an issue;
- In possession of a driving license BE, or willing to get the driving license E;
- VCA certified, or willing to get it;
- Experience in water treatment is an advantage;
- A good knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing;
- Knowledge of the English and/or German language is an advantage;
- You have a professional attitude. Besides, you are a team layer and customer-oriented. You also have a great sense of responsibility and you can work independently.
