What you are empowered to accomplish:
Plummer is looking for a seasoned engineer to lead a design team in the Mountain West area. The Team Leader will participate in business planning to grow net revenue and local presence.
Build Lifelong Relationships: The Team Leader will report to the Mountain West Area Leader. Guidance and mentorship will be provided by the Mountain West Area Leader along with other Plummer leaders.
Our Ideal Teammate:
Our ideal teammate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and expertise in any of these sectors: Water or Wastewater Treatment, Pipelines, Lift Stations, or Pump Stations.
We require a bachelor’s degree in engineering and Professional Engineer Licensure. We are seeking a strong communicator with leadership skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, problem-solve, and follow-through on projects.
Salary Range: $123,000 - $175,000 |
