Job Title - Project Lead (Water Industry)

Location – Holmewood, Chesterfield with travel to sites across the UK
Hours - Full time, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday

Due to a growing client and service portfolio, Brettex Site Services Ltd, who is a part of the Veolia Group, provides mechanical services to the water utility companies as well as operational support and optimisation services.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Project Lead to be accountable for end-to-end project delivery.

The Project Lead role will suit someone who has proven experience in a project leadership role within a mechanical services environment.

What you’ll do

Day to day responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget. 

• Lead project management calls and site visits with the customer and the internal planning team.

• Ensure that actions and risks are logged and communicated with the customer and internal planning team in a timely manner.

• Provide solutions to risks that link to the project timeframes.

• Build positive working relationships with the customer and contribute to building a long-standing partnership. You will be building client relationships at the project level and managing relevant external suppliers.

• Request and provide the customer with project information and documents.

• Take charge of quality control, making sure that project administration and proofreading are complete for all communications we send to clients.

• Ensure key commercial and scope decisions are made in line with the Brettex agreed processes.

The experience you will need

Essential:

• A positive attitude and approach to health and safety.

• Proven experience gained in a mechanical services environment

• Understanding and application of improvement techniques.

• Proven track record leading small to medium projects.

• Good understanding of Health and Safety.

• HND Qualified plus experience

• Full Uk Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
