Job description

WaterAid is seeking a consultant to support a multi-country research on Fiscal Decentralisation in the WASH sector.

WaterAid is looking to conduct a multi-country research to generate country-level evidence and collaborations to identify possible improvements for the effectiveness of fiscal decentralisation for WASH, while also deepening global sector understanding of fiscal decentralisation practice, experience and trends for WASH to ultimately improve WASH services and behaviours sustainability. The research will build upon and update the 2008 research Think Local, Act Local and aims to inform future WaterAid's programmatic and policy work on WASH finance as part of our WASH system strengthening efforts.
