The question as to the difference between filtration and enhanced filtration seems to be a commercial one.  I wouldn' venture an example.  Some particular agency may make the distinction but which one?  The question is like, 'what's the disctinction betwwen good filtration and very good filtration."  One would also need to know what it is that is being filtered.  Agencies that evaluate standards would be the best ones to suggest an answer.
