What are you looking to do? Do you want the gadget that you put in a cup to aerate water or???

I'm interested in either making the municipal water that runs into my home, restructured and "Alive"...or, possibly drawing water from the atmosphere from something that doesn't cost at minimum the price of a New York City apartment rent.

I had noticed when doing a google search that a small cup-like device on a magnetic? base created a vortex in water similar to what our equipment does in ponds and tanks. I'm assuming that small gadget is what you're looking for. I have no idea what that small device costs but if that's what you're talking about costing a NYC apartment rent equivalent - unfortunate.
