I had noticed when doing a google search that a small cup-like device on a magnetic? base created a vortex in water similar to what our equipment does in ponds and tanks. I'm assuming that small gadget is what you're looking for. I have no idea what that small device costs but if that's what you're talking about costing a NYC apartment rent equivalent - unfortunate.
