Rates of water reuse/recycling of urban water utilities

Does anyone know of any examples of urban water utilities that reuse/recycle near 100 percent of their wastewater/sewerage? A contact to would be great.

Naples Florida, Collier ...

Naples Florida, Collier County Florida, Cape Coral Florida, Bonita Springs Utilities Florida all of these have developed near 100% wastewater reuse. Sorry no contacts, I have been out of that area awhile.
