2. It depend on your nationality, but you can apply to:

   1- British Council (Chevening Scholarship). 

   2- Fulbright Scholarship.

   1. I'm interested in knowing how to access such grants, i have an admission to follow an 18 months MSc. in water Management and Governance though i have not secured funding
