Precise Aqueduct Detection

Question

Does anyone know a precise method for detecting aqueduct trails of buried aqueducts with sinuous trails?
We need very precise detection because the building permits are required in some areas where aqueducts exist. We have used various methods but none have been precise (There were differences of 2-5 meters).

We are running a WWTP with a flow of 6 m3/s .The resulting sludge from process  is used in the digesters.I read about your product SOLUTEK and would like to know how it influences the quality of sludge used in digestors.It is known that this product must have a certain load( including volatile products).
I want to know if the use of SOLUTEK will influence the efficiency of the digestion process.Thanks in advance for your answer.

In soil surveys I've used aerial photography which can show many underground features. The best I've seen are Infra red aerial shots.  Green vegetation is reddish, wet soils are dark and underground aqueducts which are near the surface can be seen by the outline of the structure . There were 2 different Infrared films,, near IR and far IR films available when I used them/

I understand that you need reliable tracing equipment.  Radiodetection.com offers a variety of tools.  The material of the pipe determines the best detection technique.  Basically, you put a signal on the pipe (eg. at a valve) and then trace the signal with a sensor.  The type of signal is usually radio waves, sometimes acoustic.  You can also put a sonde in the pipeline.
I have used the radio signals and it works quite well with cables and metal pipes.
