Is there anyone who has experience in olefin plant as ethane gas cracker?
I want to know the composition of effluent especially COD and oil content.

Hello,If we want to tread BOD/COD should more than 0.4.TOC is depend upon PH value 8000 to 16,000PPM.And influent COD will be high upto 50,000PPM depend upon crude oil type of refinery treatment.Effluent COD is depend upon application.If we use MBR technology Feed COD should 400-800 PPM better.Effluent BOD should 30 and TOC is 30 ppm.We can use MBR as well other alternative RO technology.
