  1. The International Water Conference headquartered in Pittsburg, Penn.  has always been one of the best.  During the last 20 years or so there has been a heavy emphasis on the electrical power generation needs.  It all depends upon the type of industry you are addressing:  power plant, RO, DI, boilers, cooling towers, waste water, aquatic, groundwater, ocean,  irrigation and so on forever.

Then there is NACE (corrosion), cooling tower institute CTI,  and many others.

  2. The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is a non-profit, scientific research organization focusing on the sustainable use of water and land resources in developing countries. IWMI is the lead center for the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems (WLE). CGIAR is a global research partnership for a food-secure future.

  3. Good Afternoon Mr. Rachid,

Respectfully, do not limit to 1 organization.   Take time to investigate all the water organizations as each one has their aspects to contribute to today's and future research.
