Hi Trudi, we are a very small team trying to bring safe water and better flood control to the many affected areas in the Philippine Islands. Lots of enthusiasm here but no focus unless there is money involved !! We need to be able to communicate plans and objectives at street level, PR is missing on benefits of community education and buy in generally.

Hi John, Thanks for the comment. Yes, this is the case in most areas. This is why we are trying to kick off an initiative for Blue Resilience, that also has financing for projects. The problem is too big to tackle top down. Most success that we see is on a project or program basis. Do you have such identified along with budget and impact? Then we can help to promote to try and help you get funding.
Enthusiasm is the most important! keep the faith.
