Water Cost Index IBM and Waterfund LLC are collaborating to create a global water cost index, with a view to enabling risk to be underwritten for investment in the water sector - so enabling greater capital inflows. Our intent is eventually to have the index cover 25% of the world's GDP. If anyone would like to know more, please let me know.
