From be awarded Water Hero by Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of Bharat in 2019, to getting recognised as Planet Hero by EARTHDAY.ORG in 2026, we’ve been on a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows, of our successes and sorrows. But we are indebted towards all our supporters, partners, mentors, friends and alliances in academia, media, industry and associations, without whom we couldn’t have been able to walk so far.
We’re happy to share that on 8th July, 2026, during India Energy & Storage Week (IESW 2026) at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi, Vaidic Srijan LLP has been awarded as Planet Hero 2026 Award by EARTHDAY.ORG and IESA (India Energy & Storage Alliance).
Earth Day was born on April 22, 1970 — a date deliberately chosen by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson and young activist Denis Hayes to fall between Spring Break and Final Exams, maximizing student participation in what began as a national environmental teach-in. Today, Denis Hayes serves as Board Chair Emeritus of EARTHDAY.ORG, the non-profit organization that grew out of that very first Earth Day and now mobilizes & connects over one billion people world wide and helping them to reconnect to Mother Earth.
