The positive answer is: use QGIS 3.14 or later and the plugin QWater. It will let you load data from an Excel file or a text file (comma delimited or tab delimited). In addition, QWater will let you perform all EPANET processing directly in QGIS and make very nice and useful maps and visualization of results. Using in QGIS the map of location such as Google earth map will make your results much more useful.
