Bioreactors may help on Non-Point Source Pollution but Point Source Polluters are being encouraged by the IDNR and The USDA-NRCS agents in Iowa. Point Source Pollution is what is most damaging to Iowa's Water Quality, when and if, Nitrogen fertilizer pollution is ever going to be addressed, hopefully we will start enforcing our Drainage Laws and the Clean Water Act.

Please tell me whether anaerobic bacteria, that digest organic matter , are not acting on chemical nitrogenous fertilisers like urea? My initial observation is that the anaerobic digestion process is more effective and mote methane is released if Nitrogenous fertilisers are present besides organic content.
