This is an interesting video which gives glimpse of largest stp in North America. What is the capacity of largest plant and how it handles so much of sewage. This is also close to largest STP in the world and what scheme being provided to treat such huge capacity of sewage.

Largest does not equal best obviously. I am surprised Canada only requires primary treatment for this plant.
