ETP sludge calorific value is 4000 cal/gm ... as you mentioned. This can be reduced and converted to easily disposable sludge. The quantity of sludge will also be lower. So the cost of sludge disposal will also lower.
Some other sludge parameters like moisture content, pH value etc. reqd. to check the feasibility of our system.

I suppose after settling in clarifier/tube settler... sludge thickening process is there.
What will bee approx. solid percentage level in sludge + liquor in settling tank.
