Water cycle management relates to all planning, strategy development, operational and tactical decisions to optimize the water cycle to satisfy human or environmental objectives. Many scientific and engineering disciplines may be involved in water cycle management, so this group wants to foster interdisciplinary approach. Group focusses on historical development and cultural aspects of water management and tries to point out best approaches and to find if they are applicable today.
