I am a partial believer in the Milankovitch climate theory, thus diminishing the impact induced by human activities on climate. At the watershed level, since you do not mention the size of the watershed, climate data for Puerto Rico show that in small basins micro-climates unique to the area develop in proportion to the topography of a basin and that of the surrounding basins. Complex.

Hi Ferdinand,
Good morning USA, To answer your question, I am just looking for something in general like a tool that can be applied to any watershed.
