Dear Mr. Karani,
We can provide you the total system to produce Chlorine gas which can bleech the color. Can I know for which effluent or any other process you need to produce the chlorine with the chlorides?. This would help us to give you the exact production of cholrine in the electro-ionisation process. We have done many projects for the salt ( brine) recovery in textile dye bath. This process will helps the client to reuse the brine solution again to the dying process to save the cost of the salt.
Thanks

UET is able to supply clorination systems in 3 separate devices: The first is a partial electrolysis system, which produces chlorine from the chloride dissolved in the water. It is suitable in cases when the chloride is above 150ppm of Cl- ; the second unit that we are selling is a chlorine booster unit that contains a salt tank and 2 dosing pumps - one pump circulates the water above the salt to the UET reactors, then returns to the tank, and the other pump doses the chlorine to the user. This can boost chlorine levels to about 300 ppm; the third unit that we supply to customers is with automatic cleaning of the scale from the cathode, which can provide about 2ppm of chlorine, when the Cl dissolved in the water reaches 200 ppm. The first unit can be used instead of an alcohol gel to clean hands, as a routine to maintain hygenic conditions, instead of using alcogel. David Sherzer

Dear Sir,
We have water treatment and purification outfit within our organization. This unit operates on donor funds as a foundation. Through this outfit we intend to equip most schools in Kenya with affordable, easy to operate and maintain equipment as this will enable the student /school community have access to safe water for drinking purposes.
For water disinfection we have in mind the Electrolytic application of common salt to get chlorine which will be injected into the water pipeline for water disinfection purposes.
If you have equipment which can do 5m3 /hr of water do let us have a price indication ,a layout plan and operating details.
Hope to get your early reply.
Best Regards

If you are looking for small point of use devices for individuals or families, or community based systems for larger applications such as community drinking water or health facility sanitation, Aqua Research (aquaresearch.com) is best. For larger systems DeNora (DeNora.com) is best.

Dear Sharma,
Thank you for your feedback.
What we need is a unit that is suitable for use in our schools. It must be simple to operate and maintain by the students. Using common salt and its electrolysis to generate chlorine for disinfection is the principle we want to adopt. If suited to our needs, then we shall recommend the use of the same in most of our schools. The unit should be able to disinfect 5m3 / hr. Do send us more technical details and the price.

we at DE NORA have a full line of equipment making on site sodium hypochlorite through water electrolisys of a brine solution.
the production capacity of "free available chlorine" ranges from few grams to several hundred kilograms per hour.
we just donated 4 units to the Italian Civil Protection to prevent the spread of COVID 19 as the disinfectants are becoming scarce and costly given the needs.
please visit our website or contact me for further informations- www.denora.com enclosed the brochure of a unit for small communities

There is an affordable and validated technology offered by the swiss Antenna Foundation: https://watatechnology.com/en/

It`s better you use equipment what produce Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl). Hypochlorous acid works better than the normal chloric chemicals or solutions. Besides is it easier to handle – a overdosage doesn’t bring the problems what you get with other chloric chemicals then hypochlorous acid is an oxidant what each human body produce for it’s protection again pathogenic germs like Legionella, Pseudomonas, Escherichia coli, Enterococci, etc.
I use hypochlorous acid also in firms what produce food (like slaughterhouses, dairies, breweries, etc), hospital facilities, nursing homes etc. for cleaning and disinfection.
If you’ll have more information to all please feel free to contact me.

We have Hitachi Zoshen orginally Daiki.

Try a pool store and tell them you need one for whatever volume. They will probably recommend a vendor for industrial or create a bank of them and compartmentalize. Easier to work on. Just get 3-4 spares to keep up with demand if one or more are down. Just a suggestion. Thanks, Sean
