We have been talking, writing, researching and educating on the quality of water resources for 50 years. In spite of growing concerns water quality continues to decline.
The solutions are quite simple and not expensive - in fact most of the solutions available to us are profitable.
How do we convert all of our accumulated knowledge and awareness into affirmative actions that set us on the course of water quality regeneration?
