  1. Mimicking the cruise ship industry will be your best bet. If needed for your final discharge try filtration with various media (sand, press filters etc.)

  2. HI, I hope I am not too late; yes we can supply you this mobile unit;

  3. Yes! We can do packaged MBBR STP plants factory manufactured and delivered to your site anywhere. Plug and play systems. Cost effective, reliable and efficient. Treated water quality fit for reuse in gardening, toilet flushing and other non-potable purposes. Please get in touch with me reachrajaram@gamil.com

  4. As you see by my picture here on the side I am sitting with one of my old friends, who is a chief in Ghana, where I live and work almost half of each year.  In my companies in the states we have developed two technologies that deal with your problem.  The first and most economical is Electro-coagulation, which is a technology that operates off of a simple 110 volt electric system.  Go to www.eco-web.com   then Editorials tab and finally Authors tab and go to the 9th to the 12th papers and you can read about it.  Also on that same site is a white paper on our technology called the Plasma Incubator Reactor.  It is more expensive but it can handle the entire sewage output of a small city in Africa, to read about it go to www.abescousin1.com   or email me a gerrybeagles@aol.com   and my US phone is 916-877-1553.

  5. Best regards friends and also with respect to the question suggest that rather than solving the pollution in its final phase should be avoided pollution from the point of origin so I suggest that individual installation of dry ecological latrines is applied which separates urine feces through a separator toilet simple, cheap and effective, commented that I design and implement this project successfully in very poor areas of the hills of Lima, so I am available to give them the information that you can contribute.

  7. Dear Ms. Chandani,

We are into sewage treatment plants with elctro flocuation. We manufacture modular treatment plants that can even be mobile as per the requirements. Size may vary according to the flow rates desired. For furhter details write back to us on mitesh@shahmarketing.com.

  8. Starting on this principle sanitation, it remains only on the manure collection system. Those latter sotckés in the unit, must be drained somewhere. Which automatically return to the principle of defecation in the open air device interposed hand. Except that in the mode of defecation in the open nature accommodates a human defecation, fecal matter concentrate drain becomes excrement sludge, a real poison for the environment.

Each place of defecation should be individual and personal to good use and especially with the concept of Biological Remediation, the water balance is for immediate watering the vegetable garden. An environmentally sustainable recycling, economic, biological and productive

  9. Dear Mrs. Sooad, I´ll be happy to help you with this issue. Our company ASIO, spol. s r.o. (http://www.asio.cz/en/ ), Czech Republic can provide you with 20¨ or 40¨container systems with MBR technology achieving much better outlet parameters than conventional biological systems. 10. Sewage is either cpllected and stored in septic tanks and removed periodically with honey sucker trucks or by sewage piping system. Either way treatment can be achieved using Swami Valmiki Sreenivasa Ayyangarya's Vedic Sciences methods already outlined in other discussions in this The Water Network.

In this particular query for a mobile treatment system, there must be a storage tank which keeps the sewage collected and ready for treatment and/or removal. With Swami Valmiki's methods, treatment can be started and completed upto a desired stage, within the storage tank / septic tank, as the case may be. However, another second tank can help avert the removal of untreated human excreta which can arrive, since sewage generation is continuous. It can also be a series of tanks depending upon space availability and volume of sewage generated on a 24 hr basis, keeping shock loads as parameters for calculation of quantities to be treated.

In this second alternative, the first treatment tank will gradully get fillied up with Inactive sludge, since treated grey water is being removed and taken to the second tank and so on, if there are several tanks.

The resultant products are: Treated grey water and Inactive sludge. The grey water can be sucked out and remaining sludge can be dewaterd or carted away in a wet condition,

Both the grey water and Inactive sludge will be odour free , particularly mal odour commonly associated with sewage treatment plants, after this first level of treatment. since pathogens do not breed either in the Inactive sludge or treated grey water ,Inactive sludge will be safe to handle with manual removal methods to keep costs down or a mechanical bucker excavator to shovel the treated bio solids as Inactive sludge onto a removal truck.

In case a the whole system at each site needs to have a small foot print , A belt filter can help in complete dewatering .If such compact and small size belt filters are available (I think they are available), it can be transported from site to site in a truck.
The grey water can be used straight away for watering gardens and parks or for irrigation in peri urban areas. The inactive sludge is very useful as soil conditioner in farmlands which lack organic content which helps retain moisture and reduces load on need for irrigation.

  11. Ideal for onsite treatment because a BioGill system can be customised for small onsite treatment or scaled as your system requirements change. The treatment systems come in stand-alone units or in 20' and 40' containers. Visit our website at http://www.biogill.com/decentralised-sewage/

    1. Santanam - your suggestion for mobile waste treatment plant is very helpful and interesting. It will be helpful if more details are made available and the agencies who can provide the equipment/component and assemblies. Websites which throw light on the subject may be given. Municipalities an multi housing complexes are frantically looking for solutions.ShankarRefurb_india@yahoo.comWww.refurbindia.com

  12. did you try the yellow pages? and maybe you should specify which kind of treatment you have in mind. If biological, these units are only mobile with regard to the transportation to the place of work. once filled with the sewage you can hardly move them. These systems may be called "interim or provisional or temporary" treatment plants.

  13. Yes.

We are going to get a small mobile and compact system that can be carted to any location and operated. The system generates high levels of supersaturated oxygen that breaks down the sewage in matter of hours.

If you require more details please send me an email at advenvtech@gmail.com. I am based out of Mumbai.

  14. yes.  these come in a container.  20 foot and 40 ft containers.  no sludge removal needed.  try emailing at info@biocleaner.com.

small foot print.  3 hp and 6 hp units only.  no hauling out of anything.  ultra convenient.

  15. Dear Mrs Chandni,

I suggest you to see at www.eecusa.com. This is a manufacturer from USA. They produce MBBR container type of WWTP, with standard capacity up to 350 m3/day and more. I think they will have what you need.
